Refund Policy

Soul Check, operated by Monique Nolen, wants you to feel confident in your purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid products including Lifetime Access and Single Session.

Refund window

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date for any reason. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion and may still be granted in line with consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction.

How to request a refund

All orders are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Open the order and choose "Request a refund", or contact Paddle support directly from that page.
  3. Alternatively, email us at myfathershelper@outlook.com and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Paddle's full handling is described in the Paddle Refund Policy.

Donations

Donations are voluntary. If a donation was made in error or you change your mind within 30 days, contact us and we will issue a refund.

Lifetime Access after refund

If your refund relates to Lifetime Access, your lifetime entitlement will be removed from your account at the time the refund is issued.
